QA Frontend Developer

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for front-end components of the e-commerce platform.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues in the front-end of the e-commerce site. 
  • Evaluate the user experience (UX) of the e-commerce platform. 
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing. 
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes. 
  • Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and quality assurance.

You Should Have: 

  • Candidates must be based in Latin America in order to be considered for this position. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider candidates based in other countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in frontend development and QA testing. 
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). 
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium , Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Mocha). 
  • Proven experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, and cross-browser testing. 
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, Asana). 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in English and Spanish.
